Clients are an integral part of the success of any business, in fact, without them there is no business.

The first stage of client attraction is to do your market research on your product, is there a market for it, who will want it and and where you will market it?

The next stage is client marketing or how to attract the client, why would they come to you? What is your USP – Unique Selling Point that separates you from your competitors?

Once you have your target market and a client base established you need to know how to keep hold of them and that is where we can help you.

There is an old saying that goes “The Customer is always right”, not strictly true but if made to feel that way you have a much better chance of retaining your clients. For useful tips and guidance on how to do this see our guide on Client Retention.

It should also be noted that old fashioned and traditional price war techniques used in the past are out dated thinking that have been replaced by new and innovative approaches to client retention and market domination.
